Once a Nexacor Online Training is purchased, an access code is sent via email to the participant. This online access code can be cancelled within a 24-hour period from the time it is sent to the participant. To cancel the purchased course and receive a complete refund, an email must be sent at the following address (vevangelista@golder.com) within 24 hours. The access code is valid for a 60-day period, therefore the participant has 60 days to complete the training.
