What is CentraSys and how does it work?
CentraSys is a web-based solution for managing and completing corporate, professional and occupational training. It allows unlimited, mulit-level user access to training, exams, and other documents for a reasonable monthly usage fee.
How much does the service cost?
CentraSys is billed to your credit card on a monthly basis according to your total number of company employees. Pricing is scaled as follows: 1-100 employees = $ 149.00; 101-500 employees = $ 299.00; 501 or more employees = $ 499.00.
How does your price compare to an installed version?
Installed versions may be costly to purchase. They may also require upgrades. CentraSys is affordable and accessible from anywhere. It can be upgraded anytime without having to install new software.
How do I set up a new company?
Simply click on CentraSys Signup from the home page. You will enter your company and administrative information, followed by your payment information. Once your credit card has been successfully processed, a security code will be sent to your email address prompting you to continue to the CentraSys site to complete the setup process.
What do administrators need to use the site?
Once the credit card information has been processed and the new company signed up, a security code will be sent to the administrator's email address. The setup process may then be completed using the security code. Thereafter, administrator access is gained using the valid email address and security code.
What do individuals need to take training on CentraSys?
Individuals are required to use a security code that is sent to them via email once the administrator enters their information into the system.
What formats are acceptable in CentraSys?
CentraSys accepts any familiar file or format such as Word, Excel, Power Point, .pdf, wav., Quick Time, Flash, etc.
How secure are your servers?
CentraSys uses Rackspace for its hosting server. Rackspace engineers their data centers to the highest levels of security and redundancy without compromise. Rackspace strictly monitors access to all data centers using keycard protocols, biometric scanning protocols and continuous interior and exterior surveillance.
